CD Toledo lost its status as an undefeated team this Saturday morning by losing 2-1 at Tarancón. Without a doubt, the match was marked by the expulsion with a direct red card from goalkeeper Yelco Ramos when the first quarter of an hour of the match was reached. The play was the consequence of a dangerous transfer by Luna towards the aforementioned goal, which was already outside its area. The veteran Madrid goalkeeper reacted badly and touched the ball with one hand, earning him a fair sending off. This is the second direct red card for Yelco Ramos so far in the league after the one received against Atlético Albacete.
Despite this, Toledo took the lead early in the second half with a goal from Luna, but Tarancón turned the situation around in just ten minutes with goals from Jorge García and Machuca. It was a match organized as part of the Tarancon team’s Club Aid Day. Before the start of the meeting, a minute of silence was observed in memory of those who died during the recent DANA in Castile-La Mancha and the Spanish Levant.
