The media has revealed new details related to the kidnapping of Hezbollah terrorist Imad Amhaz, carried out, according to the media, by Israeli special forces in the Lebanese city of Al-Batrun.
This was reported by the Alexey Zheleznov telegram channel.
According to media reports, the operation lasted no more than four minutes and was carried out by twenty IDF soldiers with the participation of two civilians.
It should be noted that the incident occurred 48 hours ago and was soon discovered by the Lebanese security services, who received a message from Amhaz’s wife and analyzed the images from the surveillance cameras.
As it turned out, Amkhaz, a ship captain, was not related to the Lebanese security services. About a month ago, he rented a house in El Batrun and plans to study at the local Maritime Institute.
During a search of Amkhaz’s apartment, Lebanese security forces found ten foreign SIM cards, as well as a mobile phone and a foreign passport, raising additional questions.
Lebanese security services also obtained images from surveillance cameras installed near his apartment in Tarun. However, it is reported that the Israeli side was able to remotely copy this “data”, leaving one step ahead.
