“The water level rose. It was up to my waist… and I put my head in the awning so as not to drown and to be able to breathe,” says Noélia.
“The water level started rising a lot. The neighbors told us to get down from there. “We were carried away by the current and we clung to the blinds” relates.
No one knows where the 16-year-old young man named Enric is, whom Noélia is trying to locate to say thank you: “He had short, dark hair…”
