- The amount of the pension, once reassessed, will be limited to the amount of 3,175.04 euros, this amount being understood as referring to the amount of an ordinary monthly payment, without prejudice to any extraordinary payments that may apply. This monthly ceiling will be subject to adjustment in cases where the retiree is entitled or not to receive 14 payments per year, including in one case or another, extraordinary payments, so that the amount does not exceed or can reach, respectively . , 44,450.56 euros, in annual calculation.
- Pensions that exceed 3,175.04 euros per month will not be reassessed, unless otherwise indicated in Article 2.
- The revaluation of serious disability pensions will be carried out by applying the rules provided for in Article 1 separately to the pension and the supplement. For the purposes of the ceiling indicated in article 2, only the pension without supplement will be calculated.
