THE Local Government Council of the City Council of Pamplona approved the call for tenders for the works, supply and self-cleaning toilet installation at number 11 Calderería Street. The contract provides for the construction of toilets on siteinside the property, with direct access from the street. These toilets seek to contribute to the cleanliness and health of the area, with a large influx of people and lacking public services nearby.
The tender budget is 88,474.66 euros, including VAT, with a completion period of 60 days and Expected start date before the end of the yearThe contract will be awarded to the tender offering the best value for money, according to the following criteria: technical proposal (up to 30 points), economic offer (50 points), increase in the warranty period (2 points), corrective maintenance (8 points) and social criterion (10 points).
The project, which will occupy about 11 square meters of the municipal building, proposes to open a hole in the facade to facilitate direct access to the service. The sizing of the door and the interior of the cabin will be adapted for use by disabled people, in accordance with current regulations. The work to be carried out includes preliminary demolition work, masonry, earthworks, sanitation and connection to the network, electricity, ground connection, creation of custom toilets.
The winning company will have to submit to the Disinfection Park Service two photographic reports in digital format, one of which before the start of work and another after its completion. Likewise, on a monthly basis, you must submit to the Pamplona City Council a digital photographic report reflecting the most significant parts of the work carried out, as well as its evolution.
The deadline for submission of offers to this award procedure will respect a minimum period of 15 working days, from the date of publication of the call for tenders on the Market Portal, scheduled for this week. The start of the works will take place in October.
