He said his son suffers from beta-thalassemia disease:
“When the fighter was four years old, he had a fever for days, no matter how many times we went to the doctor, we could not find a solution to his pain. Then we were sent to the Oncology Center in Baku. Here, my son was diagnosed with beta-thalassemia. From that day on, we started his treatment and blood transfusions. It has been six years since my son suffered from this serious disease.”
Sayila Asgarova said that three months ago she underwent a major operation due to a gynecological oncology disease.
“Three months ago we found out that I too have this serious illness. I had to undergo emergency surgery. Believe me, I have not been able to work or find any money for three months. When Mubarid was 7 months old, his father died. And I was left alone with my two children. For Mubarid’s monthly treatment, we spent 600. We need 700 manats. I am asking helpful people to support us.”
