KPK explains the reason for the search for the East -Java Koni office in the case of subsidy funds

The KPK searched the East Java (East) Koni office for the house of the DPD Ri-member La Nyalla Mattalitti in the case of subsidy funds for community groups (POKMAS) of the East Java Province APBD (East Java) 2021-2022. What is the reason?

This case is related to the management of subsidy funds for community groups (POKMAS) of the provincial APBD of East Java in 2019-2022 and the KPK mentioned 21 suspects. The provision of the suspect was a development of the case that had been entangled by the former deputy chairman of the East Java DPRD Sahat Tua Simanjuntak.

The 21 suspects consisted of four receiving suspects and 17 suspects. The KPK said that four suspects of the recipient were government managers. While 17 bribery suspects consist of 15 private parties and 2 other government managers.
