The UEFA Disciplinary Committee fined the Georgian Football Federation €56,000 for disciplinary violations in the Nations League match between Georgia and Albania.

The match between Georgia and Albania took place on October 14 at the Mikhail Meskhi Stadium in Tbilisi. In the match, the home team lost 0:1.
The Georgian Football Federation was fined for the following points:
– 14,000 euros for the closure of fan outings;
– 12,000 euros for the use of the laser in the stands;
– 30,000 euros for fans who use pyrotechnics.
In addition, due to disciplinary violations, the next match, which will take place in the Georgian Football Federation under the auspices of UEFA, will be partially closed. The number of seats for fans will be reduced by two thousand. The trial period will be two years.
It should be noted that, according to the results of four rounds, Georgia is in second place in the group with six points. The first place was taken by the Czech Republic (7 points), Albania (6 points) and Ukraine (4 points).
