The Alicante Civil Guard is investigating the death of a 15-year-old minor at the hands of another minor in Orihuela. The victim was reportedly stabbed several times in the neck on Sunday evening in the street.
The victim was transported to Torrevieja University Hospital, but health workers were unable to save her from fatal injuries and she died, Europa Press reports.
At this time, it is unknown if anyone has been arrested for this crime and its circumstances. Security forces and agencies are investigating the relationship between the victim and the killer in case this is another case of gender-based violence.
