It was a few minutes past six this Saturday when A two-year-old girl was found unconscious in a swimming pool in Puebla de Almenara (Cuenca)where, after being treated by health services, she finally died.
The event has occurred in a rural complex of this city of Cuenca located on the road that leads to the neighboring municipality of Almonacid del Marquesadoas reported to ABC by sources from the 112 emergency service of Castilla-La Mancha, who received a notification about this incident at 6:05 p.m.
Police officers went to the scene. Civil Guard, a basic resuscitation ambulance, a medical helicopter and an emergency team from the nearby town of Villamayor de Santiagowho were only able to certify the minor’s death, without being able to do anything to save her life.
