A 20 year old man entered prison after being arrested for Pamplona Municipal Police as the alleged perpetrator of various thefts with force, arson, thefts with violence, damage, threats and violation of a sentence against a family member.
As the police explain on their social networks, the arrest took place on November 7 at 8:08 p.m. Carlos III Avenuefor certain events linked to an attempted theft and threats against the seller city center. Investigating Court No. 4 decided that he should be admitted to prison this Sunday.
After his arrest, the Municipal Police He found that it was the same person who had fled that morning, at 4:20 a.m., from a community garage in Buztintxur districti, where 20 vehicles’ windows appeared damaged, their interiors blurred and one vehicle was burned after it caught fire.
Officers went to the garage to respond to a call from a witness who reported the damage to several vehicles. In the garage they found a backpack containing a series of objects and documents which have been identified as the property of the possible author damage.
After completing the first investigations and more than an hour after the first intervention, the Municipal Police received a new call warning them that smoke was coming out of this same garage and one person was seen leaving.
Officers discovered a vehicle on fire and mobilized a team of firefighters who extinguished the fire and ventilated the scene. No injuries were reported.
The Municipal Police, in collaboration with the provincial forensic brigade of the National Police Corps, carried out a visual inspection of the interior of the garage and the burned vehicle. The garage had a video surveillance system, this helped clarify the facts.
The inmate has numerous criminal records and arrests, including for violent robberies and sentence violations.
