After finding a lost and bloody cell phone At the scene of a fight, the Salamanca National Police identified and arrested a 22-year-old young man as the perpetrator of an offense of causing injury on public roads.
According to a press release from the Government Subdelegation, the events occurred this Sunday, October 6, at dawn, in San Justo Square, when “a group of young people scolds another for no reason” and then launches violently at them. They allegedly began kicking and hitting them violently all over their bodies, with the latter having to defend themselves against the attacks.
Although two of the young people attacked managed to escape – one of them being treated by doctors at a health center – one of the attackers he would have attacked a third party who could not escape“whom he manages to throw to the ground and who he kicks in the head, face and various parts of the body.”
A patrol arrived after receiving a report of a fight in which at least a dozen people were involved, but upon arrival they found at the scene one of the chairs that had been thrown during the fight and a juvenile injured man bleeding profusely. his neck and they tried to sit on a bench.
The said young man told the agents this version of the attack and the medical services went to the scene to carry out initial treatment and then transfer him to a health center, because the injured person needed several stitches.
Meanwhile, the police found a bloodstained mobile phone in the square itself, and after making arrangements, it turned out to belong to one of the attackers. The man, once fully identified, was arrested a few hours later.
Once all the documentary procedures at the police stations have been completed, the corresponding court in Salamanca has been informed and the detainee is placed at its disposal.
