The second section of the Valencia Provincial Court will judge next Tuesday a man accused of have sex with a minoraged 14 at the start of the facts, with whom he had sexual relations initially by video call then in person.
According to the prosecution in its accusation report, communicated by the Superior Court of Justice of the Valencian Community (TSJCV), the accused and the victim met during the summer of 2020 during meetings of the religious congregation to which they both belonged.
According to the same description of the events, provided by the public prosecutor, in January 2021 they began a romantic relationship in which the accused, then aged 22, asked her to send him photos with erotic content. A few months later, the man started video calling her for cybersex.
Finally, in June 2021, the minor went to the home of the accused, in Valencia, where he had sexual relations, again according to the prosecution, which provisionally requests a 20 year prison sentence for the defendant whom he accuses of crimes of sexual abuse and corruption of minors.
