In the Salyan region, Vahid, born in 1979, sexually abused the minor Fazilay (names provisionally provided – ed.).
According to Telegraf.com, Vahid discovered that Fazila, a classmate of his daughter Narmi, born in 2012, has not turned fourteen.
Vahid, who developed a sexual desire towards the girl, took advantage of her inability to resist, the fact that she was deprived of the protection of her deaf and mentally ill parents, as well as her physical superiority as a method of influence.
Taking advantage of Fazila’s helpless situation, he committed acts of sexual violence and decided to satisfy his sexual desire in a perverse way. From February 2022 to July of the same year he had sexual relations with Fazila in unknown months and days.
He invited Fazile to his house in the village of Salyan district on the pretext of meeting his daughter Narmin. He later took advantage of her state of weakness to have sexual relations with her and perform sexual acts.
The investigative body announced charges against Vahid under article 150.3.3 of the Penal Code (committing acts of sexual violence against a person under fourteen years of age).
Vahid, who testified as an accused in the criminal case, pleaded not guilty to the charge that had been announced against him. He said there was a problem between him and Fazila regarding the school.
“Fazila used to hit my daughter at school, and my daughter came to me crying. I went to school and complained to the principal, the teacher, and Fazila’s uncle. We reached an agreement and took Fazila out of school, and they sent After that, Fazila was always dissatisfied with me. She said I will catch you, if I leave here, I will complain about you. The school principal said I can’t do it.
I am not guilty of any crime, I suffer in prison for nothing. “I’m sick, they sent Fazila here after training, everything they said is a lie.”
The accused mentioned that Fazila came to his house once while he was at work and playing with his son: “I don’t know who was in my house at that time. I always tried to keep him away from my son. Fazila called me many times, but I didn’t answer the phone, I turned it off and asked him, “Why are you calling?” and he said he wanted to talk to my son.
When I was home, I gave the phone to my daughter and spoke to Fazila. This happened twice. “I never called Fazil at my house.”
According to the defendant’s statement, they beat him, threatened him and demanded 17 thousand manats from him: “My brothers also called the 102 service of the Ministry of the Interior and complained. They did it because there was no evidence.
When I called Fazil, he was at work most of the time, I turned off my phone. After numerous calls, I opened it and asked him what he wanted. I never called him myself. I don’t know why they called Fazil from my phone for the first time. Maybe my daughter called. The reason for my calls to Fazil is to tell him, don’t call us.
I had no sexual contact with Fazilah. “I’m sleeping innocently, this is a game, I’m getting the punishment.”
According to Fazila, who testified as a victim in the case, at a time she does not remember exactly, Vahid called her and called her to his house to play with his daughter Narmin: “Vahid tricked me. When I went to them, I found out that Narmin was going to the his grandmother’s house. I also went with them. Narmin’s grandmother stayed at her house, Vahid and I went back to her house together and sat on the sofa.
First, Vahid came and sat me on the sofa on his lap. Then he said, come to the other room. I also went to that room with your suggestion. He reached down and took off my pants. Then he undressed. He started doing nasty things to me. He did some depraved actions, I can’t describe them here. He forced me. After completing the dirty deed, I went home.”
The victim noted that in the following days, Vahid called him again: “I was going with them. He told me: come play with my daughter Narmin, I also wanted to play. But when I went with them, I saw that Vahid was cheating on me again. time and no one was home.
Since he was in fourth grade, Vahid did these exercises at home. There have been many actions of this type. Every time I went to play with Narmin I believed him. He was taking me to the room and was lying next to me. Then he was on top of me. He was making me do disgusting things. “I did what he told me.”
According to Fazila’s statement, she went to a boarding school in the fifth grade: “I went to a voluntary boarding school so that Vahid would give up on me. Since he did not give up on me, he continued his bad deeds. I told him “The girls went and told him.” while they ate. “After that, my uncle was called to school for an exam.”
The victim stated that later others also committed lewd acts against her: “Every day they committed lewd acts on me. Vahid gave me his number and I called him. Vahid kept calling me and talking to me. He said, ‘Where are you? Am I in?’ house?'” I was saying yes. Then he said you would come to us. I complain about Vahid.”
Later, in her testimony, the victim spoke of having had sexual relations with other boys in the towns where she lives and in neighboring towns, desert areas between towns, and that they performed sexual acts: “The first time I gave an explanation, I told the police the names of Samir, Parviz, Farid and Fahmin. The first time Samir was with me, I reported having sexual relations.
Vahid found out that Samir had had sexual relations with me and said so in his testimony. He speaks it clearly. But Vahid also had an intimate relationship with me. I swear to God that’s how it is. I didn’t mention Vahid’s name because I forgot it when I first explained it. I remember everyone who had sex with me. The number is sixteen. I’ll say their names as soon as I remember.”
This criminal case was heard in the Lankaran Serious Crimes Court. According to the court verdict, Vahid was sentenced to 11 years and 6 months in prison. It was determined that he will serve his sentence in a strict regime penitentiary center.
It should be noted that several people were tried and convicted of sexual acts against the victim.
