A 65-year-old man was injured in the face with a knife in his own house, at number 12 Calle Valdesaz, in Villa de Vallecas. The events occurred around one o’clock in the morning. The victim was inside his home when the attacker attacked him through one of the windows.
Currently, National Police officers are investigating what exactly may have happened and the reason for the attack, in addition to looking for the attacker. The attacker fled and the victim was transported to the 12 de Octubre Hospital, conscious and without intubation, according to a spokesperson for Samur-Civil Protection of this newspaper, who indicated that there was no no fear for human life.
Brawl in Getafe
Just two days ago, last Saturday afternoon, a 17-year-old boy was seriously injured after being stabbed during a fight near the Margaritas Universidad Cercanías station, in Getafe.
The knife attack caused three incised wounds, two in the left arm and one in the lumbar region, the latter being the most penetrating, as determined by the spokesperson for Emergency 112 of the Community of Madrid, David García. Once stabilized, the young man was transferred to October 12 in serious condition and the National Police continue to investigate what happened.
