A Bosnian basketball club sent its player to prison for renting

The basketball club “Sutjeska” from Foca (Bosnia) has sent its player to prison due to high rental prices.

Oku.Az “Basket News” reported on this.

The name of the athlete has not been revealed. It was reported that the club initially wanted to imprison three basketball players because they could not find a suitable apartment in the city. Representatives of the club contacted the director of Foca prison to obtain a residence permit for them.

“At a time when rent prices are high in our city, this support will greatly facilitate the work of the club and contribute to its future development,” the statement said.
