In the Absheron region, the bus driver was detained for driving under the influence of drugs.
According to Gaynarinfo, yesterday at 15:00 a.m., the man born in 1987 in the Gazakh region was detained by police officers.
BC was stopped by a traffic police officer while driving a Daewoo BC212 passenger bus. During the inspection it was determined that he was using drugs.
The traffic police officers then took him to a medical centre for examination. During the examination, it was determined that he was taking drugs. The driver was informed of the results of the examination and said that he had no objections.
By court decision, he was found guilty under section 333-1.4 of the BC Administrative Offences Code and was imprisoned for 1 month with restriction of the right to drive a vehicle for 2 years.
