Clarinetist Ángel Martín Mora has set to music the sadness that is sweeping Spain because of the deadly and material effects of a DANA this week. On his Facebook account, the young Toledo published a video with which he wishes to offer his condolences and express his “deep support” for the regions hit by the storm, including his own, Castilla-La Mancha. In addition, he performs with his clarinet a “beautiful clarinet solo from Rachmaninov’s 2nd Symphony to express in music what I cannot put into words”.
Another compatriot from Castilla-La Mancha also paid tribute to the victims during a concert in Vancouver (Canada), where the guitarist and flamenco singer Ricardo Fernández del Moral had words for his compatriots. “Today our thoughts are with the victims of the terrible floods in Spain,” he declared after his first song in front of the audience at the “York Theater”, who applauded this affectionate gesture.
“Richard, You are great as a singer and much greater as a person. You moved me; “From where you are, you remember us… that makes you an even better person,” one of her followers responded. The artist from Daimiel (Ciudad Real) has been on tour in the United States and Canada for several weeks.
