The court sees the crime of fraud demonstrated from the documentation collected on the transfers made and the identity of the accounts of their owners. In addition to the prison sentence, the penalty is the payment of a six-month fine with a daily allowance of six euros and compensation of 37,900 euros in a judgment subject to appeal before the Superior Court of Justice.
