A court in Elda (Alicante) recognized the complaint against former minister Rodolfo Villa Martin and several armed police officers for death shot from the worker Téofilo José Antonio del Valle Pérez during a workers’ demonstration in 1976.

Initially, the court agreed to open preliminary proceedings and request the birth and death certificates – if applicable – of the defendants.
