The person who hit a doctor in the nose at the Absheron district central hospital was punished.
According to “Gaynarinfo”, M. Rashad, born in 1986, took his son to the hospital with abdominal pains.
He told the doctor named Fariz at the hospital that his son was sick and demanded an immediate examination. The doctor said that there is a long queue at the hospital and they can quickly provide first aid to the patient. The accused again said that he wanted his son to be transferred to USM without fulfilling his obligations.
Then that person threatened the hospital staff saying “my son’s condition is serious, why are you sitting here? I’m going to destroy these places” and punched the doctor in the nose.
By decision of the court, M. Rashad was found guilty of committing the act provided for in article 221.1 of the Criminal Code and sentenced to six months of restriction of freedom.
