While the debate on the return date of Barca At Camp Nouwork continues. This Friday, they shined the spotlight on the massive battle that occurred during their development. Around twenty employees working on the renovation of the establishment were beaten with sticks and six of them were injured.
All of them would sleep during their work as operators at Spotify Camp Nou in hotels located in Calella (Maresme), just over 60 kilometers from Les Corts. The works manager reportedly fired all the workers involved in the struggle because of this.
Catalan police have not made any arrests, although they have identified some of the actors involved in the fight, according to police sources. At the moment, the reasons that caused it are unknown.
Recurring brawl
A few months ago there was another fight between workers on the Camp Nou construction sites. On May 23, two employees were slightly injured during a brawl during stadium renovation work. Both workers were treated on site by Emergency Medical System (EMS) personnel, and one of them was then transferred to a health center.
