A two-storey apartment building caught fire in Stavropol, injuring one person, the press service of the regional Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations reported.
“There is a fire in a two-storey apartment building. Fire area – 100 sq. meters. One person was injured. There is a danger of the fire spreading,” – the message said.
The Ministry of Emergency Situations later announced that open burning would be stopped. 30 people and 10 teams were involved in extinguishing the fire. The victim was hospitalized for poisoning by combustion products, the ministry said.
