A gas station exploded on the federal highway in the village of Novy Khushet, near Makhachkala. There are victims, including a child, eyewitnesses to the tragedy.
According to eyewitnesses, at least five explosions occurred. The death toll is provisionally four people, including a girl. In total, at least 10 more people were injured. Employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations are trying to put out the burning ruins of the gas station, but so far they have not been able to control the fire.
