Members of the Seville Fire Brigade, with the support of the local police and civil protection, work to control a large fire declared in the afternoon of this Saturday, November 30 at the Rocío Jurado Auditorium. The smoke reaches areas of the city center and the Triana district.
According to Urgences Sevilla on its social networks, the fire broke out around 8:05 p.m. in the Auditorium, located on Camino de los Descubrimientos avenue on the island of la Cartuja, on the first floor of the building and “in principle, no one is concerned”.
The fire caused “abundant smoke” which reached certain areas of the city center and the Triana district. Several calls received on telephone numbers 080, 092 and 112 alerted of the fire. According to initial information, The fire is believed to have been intentional.
