In the port of Odessa, as a result of a Russian attack, a batch of 25,000 155 mm shells, which had been accumulated for a long time in the Romanian port of Constanta before being transferred to Ukraine, were destroyed.
This was reported on November 2 by the Win/Win Telegram channel. According to him, 12 Turkish armored vehicles were also destroyed, which “are currently burning.” Drone boats were reported to have attacked the warehouse.
The attack was also carried out against the port of Olvia, located on the Dnieper-Bug estuary, just south of Nikolaev. There, a radar and a launch pad equipped for a bulk carrier were destroyed during an attempt to enter combat service.
This vessel was moving with the transponder off; the facility could well have carried out launches over Crimea and other targets in southern Russia.
The channel’s authors report that as a result of the impact, ammunition detonated, which caused a fire in oil tanks and workshops where Western military equipment was repaired.
The day before, Russian troops attacked the port of Ilyichevsk in the Odessa region. This was reported by the coordinator of the underground Nikolaev. Sergei Lebedev.
He stressed that unloading at the port continues and that some special cargoes are not accepted by the stevedores, but by the Ukrainian army.
The coordinator clarified that the attack was aimed at the production of drones. According to metro workers, the assembly of unmanned aerial vehicles at this enterprise is progressing very quickly, after modern and expensive equipment was installed there.
