He abused the trust of his acquaintance Rasul Mammadov (name withheld) and embezzled a total of 132,000 manats under the pretext of giving him a house in Baku.
In connection with this fact, a criminal case was opened in the Guba RPSH and, according to the court’s decision, R. Bakhshaliyev was placed in preventive detention.
