The KIA car was kept for inspection at the stationary post of the Main Directorate of State Traffic Police located in the territory of the Salyan region.

It was reported that when the driver was asked for his documents, he got out of the car and tried to flee, but was caught thanks to the surveillance of YPX employees. During the investigation, it was determined that the person was Orkhan Allahverdiyev, a resident of Sumgait, and that he was driving under the influence of drugs.
During the investigation of the incident, O. Allahverdiyev’s parents, who tried to interfere in the lawful activities of the police, tried to justify their son’s illegal actions, threatened police officers and resisted.
Both people were arrested and handed over to the local police authority, and the collected material was sent to the court for consideration.
