Officers of the Mingachevir City Police Department detained 35-year-old Vusal Khalilov on suspicion of fraud.

It was reported that V. Khalilov abused the trust of the victims and seized their large and small animals. With such fraudulent acts he caused economic damages in the amount of 300,000 manats to 8 people. The detainee said that he sold the animals he bought from the victims at a price below their value.
According to the court’s decision, V. Khalilov was placed in pre-trial detention and the investigation is ongoing.
If there are other citizens who are victims of that person’s illegal actions, they can report it to the police authorities.
