Nasib, born in 2004 in the Kurdamir region, injured his relative Jalil (names provisionally provided – ed.) during a dispute arising from personal relations.
According to information obtained by Demokrat.az, the incident took place in one of the villages in the Kurdamir region. Nasib went to his relative Jalil’s grandmother in the village and, during a dispute between them due to personal relations, he squeezed her by the neck with his hand and punched her several times in the face. He suffered various injuries.
The perpetrator of the incident, Nasib, was charged under article 128 (intentional harm to health) of the Penal Code.
Nasib, who testified as a defendant in a criminal case, pleaded guilty to the charge announced to him. In his testimony he stated that the victim Jalil is his relative and that their relationship has always been good: “On the day of the known incident, around 10 p.m., I heard a noise coming from my grandmother Sona’s house and I left to go there. At that time I saw my relative Jalil on the street. Jalil came back to this house again. I told him not to come and we had an argument about it. At that time I grabbed Jalil by the neck and hit him several times. punched Jalil. There was no one there except us and my grandmother.
According to Jalil, who testified as a victim in the case, the accused Nasib is his son-in-law, and there was no enmity or enmity between them: “On the day of the incident, around 10 p.m., I went to the house where my mother-in-law Sona lives to see my wife Gunel. My mother-in-law reprimanded me, and seeing that there would be an argument between us, I went outside and met Nasib on the street. At that time, I advised my wife not to. interfered in my affairs. At that time, Nasib became angry with my words and hit me several times. I got up and called the 102 service of the Ministry of Interior “To the Kurdamir district police department and wrote a request.”
This criminal case was heard in the Kurdamir District Court. The court took into account the fact that the accused reconciled with the victim and that she did not complain about him. For this reason, the criminal proceedings against Nasib were ended. He was exempt from criminal responsibility.
