A marine tornado caused various damages and at least one injury in the town of Isla Cristina, Huelva. The incident occurred around 4 p.m. in the afternoon, as reported by several neighbors.

Among the problems this has generated are the breakage of boats. The injured man, according to Emergency sources, suffered a fall from the roof of a sports center and, later, a glass that hit him in the leg.
Thus, around four o’clock in the afternoon, several calls alerted 112 to the seaside visible from the beach.
This caused trees and a fence to fall on the football field and affected the roofs of some houses, vehicles and even moved some boats as it caused damage around the beach.
In addition, a municipal employee was injured after part of the roof of the municipal swimming pool fell and glass fell on one of his calves, although his condition is stable and he is out of danger.
Second injured
However, it appears there is a second injured person, although no further information has been released.
Likewise, from 112 it was indicated that the Isla Cristina Town Hall decreed the municipal emergency plan due to the damage caused.
