The “Koenigsegg Regera”, one of the rarest cars in the world, has gone on sale in Britain.

The hybrid hypercar was produced in a limited series of just 85 units. This Regera, which was sold to its first owner in mid-2020, also stands out from the rest with its striking blue carbon exterior and gold elements.
The Regera is powered by a 5.0-liter twin-turbo V8 engine with three electric motors producing a total of 1,500 horsepower.
Koenigsegg is decorated with real gold applied to various parts of the exterior, including the front splitter, ducts, bumper covers and side panels. The gold trim continues with the stripes on the hood and elements near the rear window. The blue and gold carbon elements are complemented by gold-trimmed rims, black anodized caps and blue brake calipers, giving the car an even more impressive look.
The luxury continues inside the vehicle: the seats, instrument panel, door panels and steering wheel grips are covered in blue Alcantara enhanced with contrasting gold stitching. Inside the passenger compartment there are also carbon fibre and black aluminium elements that emphasise the sporty and luxurious character of the vehicle.
The Regera has been used by its original owner – the odometer reads 15,000 km (9,350 miles). However, the car is currently on offer for £3.6 million, or around $4.7 million.
