At the meeting headed by the First Deputy Minister of Defense and Chief of the General Staff of the Army of Azerbaijan, Colonel General Karim Valiyev, officials of the relevant institutions of the Armed Forces discussed the work to be carried out to improve the mentioned statutes.
It was noted that the reforms carried out in the Armed Forces under the leadership of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces Mr. Ilham Aliyev, the successes achieved and the innovations implemented require adaptation and improvement of the current military statutes to adapt them to the demands of the modern era.
In addition, other reasons and objectives for improving the statutes were discussed at the meeting, as well as a detailed exchange of opinions on the use of the experiences of the armies of developed countries during the work to be carried out on the direction of the group’s activities. of work.
