“The court recognized Evgenia Mishchenko guilty and sentenced him to a prison sentence of 12 years,” – the message said.
Previously, the man pleaded guilty to committing a crime provided for in Part 2 of Art. 205.5 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (participation in the activities of an organization that, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, is recognized as terrorist).
According to the sentence, he will serve the first three years of his sentence in prison, the rest in a maximum security colony.
