Scientists at Harvard Dental School discovered that a combination of broccoli, kiwi and almonds produces a powerful whitening effect.

Due to the increased consumption of products containing dyes and acids, the problem of darkening of tooth enamel is increasingly relevant. Traditional whitening methods have side effects and can negatively affect the health of your teeth and gums.
A team of scientists led by Professor Michael Anderson carried out a unique six-month study involving 200 volunteers. During the experiment, participants followed a diet that included specially selected natural whitening products.
It turned out that the combination of broccoli, kiwi and almonds has the strongest whitening effect. Professor Anderson explained this factor by the presence of special enzymes in these products. They help whiten without damaging the processing structure.
Clinical trials of the new formula are expected to conclude by the end of the year.
