FSB officers detained a 22-year-old resident of Ingushetia who provided Russian SIM cards to the widows and wives of IS militants.*.
According to a police source, the suspect bought SIM cards, activated them and then contacted terrorists and wives of militants through social media. The women received codes from the detainee with which they connected to instant messaging.
