Thus, according to the “Traffic Law” at the intersection in question, those coming from the left must allow those on the right to maneuver to the left. Then those moving in the left direction can continue their movement if they want to turn right.
At the aforementioned intersection, some drivers are unaware of the rules or do not consciously follow them, creating the risk of accidents.
If we take into account that the absolute majority of those who enter the road from the right after the intersection want to maneuver to the left, in this case, those who want to move from the left lane to the right must create the conditions for them to go to the front.
If those on the left do not change lanes, then those on the right are considered secondary. That is, they should exit from the left and then maneuver.
