Shafa Abdullayeva said the incident happened last year due to carelessness. According to him, after returning from school, his eight-year-old daughter wanted to warm herself by turning on the gas stove and putting the kettle on it.
“When I tried to light the gas, the wind blew. Because of this, the flame fell on my daughter’s clothes and her whole body started burning. When my son saw his sister, it was too late. He tried to throw water on her. But Yaghmur was already burnt. She was admitted to one of the hospitals in Baku. She was in intensive care for three weeks and two. The funds for these operations were raised with the help of caring people. treatment and rehabilitation of the burnt areas.”
