“How should it be?” by Baku TV. A new edition of the column has been published.
The following edition addressed the problem faced by residents at the entrance to Albert Agarunov Street from Ahmed Rajabli Street.
So, after entering the roundabout, drivers cannot see pedestrians due to the obstacle created by the tree next to the pedestrian crossing. Pedestrians, in turn, cannot feel the flow of cars and, as a result, there is a risk of an accident.
I wonder who will be responsible if there is a pedestrian accident here.
