The Minister of Transport at the time, José Luis Ábalos, received compensation of Koldo’s plot. This is revealed by Central Operational Unit report (UCO) of the Civil Guard to which LaSexta had access. UCO detected ‘evidence’ of alleged ‘straw man’ acting on behalf of businessman Víctor de Aldama paid 82,298 euros for the rental from an apartment in the center of Madrid where the partner of the former Minister of Transport, José Luis Ábalos, lived.
Ábalos allegedly had a relationship with JRG between 2018 and 2022.
