A 15-year-old boy has died in a shooting at a school in Maryland, United States.

The shooting occurred in a school bathroom in Coppa. According to authorities, the student who was shot was taken from the bathroom by other students and handed over to nurses and the principal.
The teenager was later taken to hospital where he died.
A 16-year-old student from the school suspected of committing the crime was arrested. According to police, he shot a 15-year-old boy during an argument and then tried to hide in houses near the school, but was captured. Police did not find the weapon used by the suspect.
