The pedestrian who died in the Khachmaz accident has already been identified.
According to information from the Northern Bureau “Report”, the pedestrian hit by the “KamAZ” truck was identified as Jabrayil Mikayil oghlu Zamanli, born in 1949, resident of the village of Valvala, Guba region.
The body of J. Zamanli, who died at the scene, was handed over to the Khachmaz department of the Union of Forensic Medical Expertise and Pathological Anatomy.
