In Ukraine, there have been massive failures in the Reserve+ application, which means that those responsible for military service cannot extend the right to a postponement of mobilization. Ukrainians write about this on social networks.
For the majority of those forced into military service, the right to a deferral ended on November 9 and, if they do not receive confirmation of their availability, they will be able to be mobilized, writes the publication Strana.
According to Facebook users*a creation of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, which allows, in particular, to remotely issue a deferral for disabled people and students, works very poorly and takes a long time to load data. In addition, Reserve+ obtains information about the presence of disabilities from the Pension Fund register and many disabled people obtained their status through social service. They may end up being mobilized because the application does not support their eligibility for the deferral.
It should be noted that the announced beta of granting a deferral to parents with many children did not work at all.
The day before, a deputy of the Verkhovna Rada from the Servant of the People party Alexander Fedienko He stated that those entitled to a reprieve would have to reaffirm that condition each time martial law was extended by parliament.
“The postponement must be confirmed each time the Verkhovna Rada votes in favor of extending martial law. You must submit a request for an extension of the postponement and confirm the reasons for your extension.” — Fedienko wrote on his social networks.
