İbrahim Amiraslanli, an employee of the press service of the Ministry of the Interior, said that on October 7, around 9:00 p.m., the police received information about the hospitalization of E. Yusifova, born in 1980, in the city of Sumgait with cuts and puncture wounds.
His brother-in-law Rauf Yusifov, born in 1980, who had already been convicted on numerous occasions, was arrested.
