Oku.Az reports that the police chief of the city of Ganja received information about the city resident A. Rahimova, born in 1992, who had caused bodily injury with a sharp instrument.
Tural Rahimov, wife of the victim, born in 1990, suspected of having committed the incident thanks to the appropriate measures taken by police officers, was detained as a suspect.
