In Naftalan, a fortune teller via “WhatsApp” stole 22,000 manats from a woman.

The victim had to contact law enforcement. A 27-year-old fortune teller was arrested and a criminal case was opened against him under article 178.2.4 of the Criminal Code. The case was sent to the court for consideration.
In court, the defendant said that he regretted his actions and returned the money worth 22,442 manats to VA. He said that there is peace between them. The court exonerated him from liability in the criminal case.
