According to APA, the incident occurred on the section of the Baku-Kazakhstan highway that passes through the region’s Balchili village.
Two moving cars collided. During the accident, two brothers were injured and hospitalized and their condition is said to be stable. The injured are S. Guliyev, born in 1990, and his brother, N. Guliyev, born in 1989.
The incident is being investigated.
