US President Donald Trump plans an agreement between Congo and Rwanda at the presidential level. One of the conditions is that the Government of the Congo President Felix Tshisekedi again leads direct discussions with the rebels M23, supported by Rwanda, who won the two most important cities in the east of Dr. Congo and adjacent regions from the AFC (the Congo River Alliance).
Over the past few months, the M23 rebels have been a government delegation in Doha four times, unsuccessfully. The fifth meeting is managed by the government delegation of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Congo and the Deputy Prime Minister of Jacquemin Shabani -a high assessment. But at the same time, both warring parties are preparing along the front.
From the M23 it is clear that up to 7,000 recently recently recruited fighters completed their basic training and were sent to the front on the columns. Against the background when Rwanda, according to the Washington Agreement, should deduct his troops from Dr. Congo, sometimes thousands of young people were gained. According to the UN report, which is available to TAZ, Rwanda has already reduced the force of troops in the Dr. Congo from 7000 to 1000.
Dr. Congo is a country that is full of colonial crimes and tyrant. Since the 1990s, there has been a spiral of armed conflicts that affect the entire central Africa.

The government army increases the front lines
