According to the man he called “uncle”, he was the murderer of his wife

He took his wife’s life because of drugs. Baku residents Elgiz Nabiyev (not his real name) and Hamida Valiyeva (not his real name) were relatives and later got married.

After getting married, Elgiz admitted to being a drug addict and was admitted to a treatment center at his and his family’s request. Elgiz was released from the institution where he remained for 6 months to recover from the effects of drugs.

His wife Hamida greets him in front of the institution and Elgiz tells her that from now on everything will be fine. Days go by, Elgiz greets his wife every evening from work, goes for a walk and returns home. Although he says he is more attached to this life, he expresses his concern about being unemployed.

Hamida tries to comfort him and believes in a new beginning. The next day, Elgiz meets Panah (not his real name) on the road. This was the man who once sold him drugs. As soon as Panah saw him, he said, “What will uncle do for you?” Elgiz continues on his way without paying attention to him.

He wanders from street to street, looking for work in different places, but no one sees him suitable for the job he is looking for. At the end of the day, Elgiz desperately thinks about what to do in this difficulty. Elgiz is already tired of everything and begins to fall into depression. It made no sense for Hamida to treat him as well as she could.

So that day he goes to Hamida’s workplace. Lying to Hamida, he takes the money and runs to the right person. Elgiz meets Panah, gives him money and in return he takes drugs. Panah tells him that if he needs anything, “my uncle is always at his service.” Elgiz arrives at his apartment after buying drugs.

He falls into the drug ring again. When Hamida returns from work, she sees that he is confused and understands everything. When Elgiz again asked Panah for drugs, Panah told him that it was impossible to give him drugs for free or for little money. Elgiz first demands money from Hamida to buy drugs. But when Hamida objects to this, a dispute arises between them, and this dispute turns into a conflict. Later, Elgiz kills Hamida by hitting him on the head with a blunt object in the house. After committing the crime, he flees the scene. He then realizes that this will definitely have an end, so he goes to the local police station and voluntarily surrenders.
