Activist: “The main problem is that the allocated funds do not reach specific addresses”

“In climate change, financial management and its fair distribution is the most important issue. I think that is where the root of the problem comes from.”

These words Oku.Az– expert and activist who participated in the COP29 climate conference held in Baku from Bermuda William Campbell saying.

The activist highlighted that the mismanagement and unfair distribution of funds is more evident in the food shortage:

“More than 50 percent of the world’s population suffers from the problem of food shortage. However, I think the main problem here is that the allocated funds do not reach specific directions. The United States and other developed countries like them should help us solve these problems.”
